Deliveries

Q.How much is your delivery charge?
A.£4.95 (minimum order £20.00)

Q. What are your delivery days?
A.Wednesdays and Fridays

Q. What happens if I’m not in when you deliver?
A.(a) When ordering you can give instructions for your parcel to be left if you are out. e.g. Please leave in Porch.
 (b) If no instructions have been given the courier will leave you a card to telephone them to re-arrange delivery.

Farm Shop

Q.What are your Farm Shop opening times?
A.Thursday & Friday 10 a.m. until 5 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. (closed during Christmas and New Year)

Q. How much notice do you need if I wish to place an order to be collected
 from your Farm Shop?

A.Due to the homemade nature of our products we require 3 days notice so we can make your order as fresh as possible.

Q.Do I have to wait until your Farm Shop is open to place an order by telephone?
A.No, we work on our farm 7 days a week but its not always possible to be near the telephone. If you leave a message on our answer phone we will call you back at our earliest opportunity.

Products

Q.Do you use Pork in any of your products?
A.No. However, we do sell Wild Boar Meat but do not add this to any of our other products.

Q.Do you use natural or synthetic sausage skins?
A.Natural – sheep casings.

Q.Are you products supplied fresh or frozen?
A.Majority of our products are supplied fresh but please check individual product information for details.

Q.How are your products packed?
A.Fillets, steaks, mince, diced and stir-fry are supplied vacuum packed. Burgers, sausages and meatballs are supplied in sealed trays.
